American National Bank is pleased to have been named one of the Top Women-Led Businesses in Florida in 2022 by The Commonwealth Institute (TCI), a non-profit organization devoted to advancing businesswomen in leadership positions. Led by President and CEO Ginger Martin, American National Bank earned the award for the eighth consecutive year after achieving record growth last year. TCI and Kaufman Rossin announced the winners at its 17th Annual Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Florida awards ceremony at the Hyatt Regency Miami on June 14, 2022.

The Bank is currently the oldest and largest community bank headquartered in Broward County – celebrating 36 years of building relationships, serving clients, and giving back to the community.  Ginger Martin has been with the Bank for over 25 of those years.

The Bank is also excited that this year’s Top 100 list also included four American National Bank Customers. Congratulations to Tamara Chase, CEO of Chase Roofing & Contracting Inc.; Stacia Lawrence, President of South Florida Orthopedic Group; Debbie Savage, President and CEO of Responsive Home Care; and Joy Lynskey, Founder and CEO of Jewel Toned Interiors. Lisa Boller Celebrates 35 years with American National Bank

Executive Vice President Lisa Boller just reached an incredible milestone, celebrating her 35th anniversary with American National Bank.

Lisa has been an integral part of the team since shortly after the Bank opened. Her contributions to the success of the Bank over the years has been invaluable.  She began her journey in the Deposit Operations department but moved to Accounting ten years later, also assuming HR Director responsibilities. She worked her way up to Controller several years later and in 2021 was promoted to Executive Vice President.

Ginger Martin receives FBA Lifetime Achievement Award

American National Bank is pleased to announce that its President and CEO, Ginger Martin, has been honored by the Florida Bankers Association (FBA) with their Lifetime Achievement Award, which was presented at the FBA Annual Meeting in Orlando June 7, 2022. The award was given in recognition of the dedication and contributions Ms. Martin has made to the FBA and the banking industry.

Ms. Martin has served for over 25 years with American National Bank, the oldest and largest community bank headquartered in Broward County which achieved record growth last year. Under her leadership, the Bank has received numerous awards for its financial performance and community involvement, including being rated one of the Top 200 Healthiest Banks in the U.S. in 2021 with an A+ Health & Stability Rating by LendingTree, as well as being a 5-star rated bank by Bauer Financial. Additionally, The Commonwealth Institute named the Bank one of the “Top Women-Led Businesses” in the state of Florida for the eighth consecutive year in 2022.

Ginger Martin Inspires Crowd at CityLead Conference

American National Bank President and CEO, Ginger Martin, was a guest speaker at the CityLead Conference held at the Boca Raton Community Church on June 2, 2022. Ms. Martin spoke about her experiences climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro to raise funds for The Freedom Challenge, a project of Operation Mobilization, to help combat human trafficking. She recounted numerous leadership lessons learned along the way to inspire conference attendees to help climb their own individual mountains.

CityLead started in 2014 at Boca Raton Community Church when Pastor Bill Mitchell saw an opportunity for the church to speak into the business community of South Florida. They started with a vision to raise the bar of character and ethics in Boca Raton and it really caught on. They began hosting 50+ organizations every month including all types of industries and have since hosted 7,000 individual people and over 100 leader development events in seven years.
