2023 JA World Uncorked, the JA Circle of Wise Women’s signature fundraising event, raised $345,000 for Junior Achievement of South Florida (JA) programs – the highest amount in the history of the event. More than 700 guests strolled through JA’s 60,000 square foot facility sampling from restaurants, beverage partners and specialty lounges during one of the top epicurean experiences in south Florida, while raising funds to support the organization. American National Bank was a sponsor of the event, and its Vice President Pamela Dalton co-chaired the event.
JA delivers over 20 unique programs to nearly 70,000 students in classrooms throughout Broward and south Palm Beach counties and at JA World Huizenga Center on the Broward College North Campus, training the next generation of business leaders, employees and consumers by educating students about financial literacy, entrepreneurship and work readiness. JA has served more than 1,000,000 students since its inception in 1959.
The JA Circle of Wise Women was founded in 2009 with 10 founding members and has grown to 181. American National Bank President and CEO Ginger Martin and Vice President Pamela Dalton are two of the 181 current members.
