Ginger Martin named 2022 Power Leader by South Florida Business Journal

Ginger Martin, President and CEO of American National Bank, has been named to the 2022 Power Leaders 250 listing published by South Florida Business Journal. This is the second consecutive year in which she has been named as a South Florida Power Leader along with other top noteworthy leaders from the public and private sectors in the tri-county area.

This month, Ms. Martin celebrated 25 years with American National Bank, the oldest and largest independent community bank headquartered in Broward County. Under her leadership last year, the 36-year-old family-owned bank achieved record earnings and received several awards for its financial performance and community involvement, including being rated one of the Top 200 Healthiest Banks in the U.S. in 2021 with an A+ Health & Stability Rating by Deposit Accounts.com, a subsidiary of LendingTree. Bauer Financial rated the Bank with its highest 5-Star rating, while The Commonwealth Institute named it as a “Top Women-Led Business” in the state of Florida for the 7th consecutive year.

Ms. Martin was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s Miami Branch, and she began her three-year term January 1, 2022, a term which will run through December 31, 2024.
